Description

This twilly is inspired by the Suprematism of the artist Kazimir Malevich. Suprematism is one of the most influential movements of twentieth-century abstract art, created by the Russian avant-garde artist Kazimir Malevich in 1915. The name derives from the Latin word supremus ("supreme"), reflecting Malevich’s conviction that pure colour and geometric form stand above any conventional copying of the visible world. Within this system of coordinates, art frees itself entirely from objects, subjects and things, becoming "pure feeling".

So it is with our twilly: silk combined with avant-garde art gives a feeling of freedom and self-assurance. The twilly can be worn as a belt, as a tie, or as a ribbon in the hair.
